Milepoint is a not-for-profit platform for commercial development teams of biotech, medtech, and digital health startups and scaleups. We offer an alternative to high-ticket consulting projects and provide access to flexible support in market validation, regulatory strategy, patient value, market access, and pricing in the EU and US markets. We are a community of independent executives and advisors with experience in top Pharma and MedTech companies, committed to helping innovators reach patients.
We operate in two complementary models. For any of the typical ongoing commercial validation needs that early-stage companies face (e.g., KOL advisory boards, patient surveys and interviews, market assessment, support with investor decks), we provide ad-hoc support through your milepoint partners and analysts. We also connect you to senior executives for longer-term projects, interim / fractional support as an extension of your team, or even full-time and co-founder roles, at conditions adjusted to your stage of development.
