The goal of the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) is to act as the leading voice on and advocate of integrated care through proactive collaboration with its wide range of beneficiaries. By bringing these various perspectives together, IFIC seeks to provide a unique forum for knowledge exchange with the ultimate aim of maximising the health and wellbeing of people and communities while improving the overall effectiveness and sustainability of health and care systems.
We are a not-for-profit organisation focusing internationally from Canada to Australia to Europe to Singapore, focused on advocating for and promoting integrated care.
As an organisation focused on improving the outcomes of patients and healthcare systems, our needs are to continue to grow in order to reach more organisations and patients. We also focus on being part of regional, national and international projects focused on integrated care as well as being part of several projects created and funded by the European Commission.
