New CEO to lead Cross Technology Solutions’ international expansion

Innovative Swedish medtech company taking next step for international growth. Titti Lundgren, one of the founders of the award winning medtech company Coala Life, which focuses on cardiac diagnostics and digital health, will build Cross into a global medtech company. LifePod is the platform for remote patient monitoring with most diagnoses on the market and is currently available for a dozen of different health conditions.

The Board of Directors of Cross Technology Solutions AB, with founder and current CEO Thomas Bergqwist, have decided to appoint a market-oriented CEO. Titti Lundgren, co-founder of the medtech company Coala Life, has been appointed to lead Cross as CEO as of January 2022. Thomas Bergqwist will focus on product development ahead of the company’s expansion.

“Cross is facing a phase of strong growth and has therefore decided to strengthen the company within market and sales. Since the start, the company has had a strong expertise in the technical and regulatory sector and with Thomas Bergqwist we remain strong and confident in that area. Now we are taking the company to the next level, with Titti Lundgren’s skills and track record, Cross will continue to expand in Sweden and internationally,”

Cross was founded in 2004 by Thomas Bergqwist. Strengthening the organization is a long-awaited and a well-thought-out next step in the company’s growth strategy. Thomas Bergqwist remains in the company as product owner where his expertise in technology and quality assurance is a strategically important area.

Titti Lundgren is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Coala Life, a Swedish award-winning medtech company focused on cardiac diagnostics and digital health. Prior to that, she has extensive experience in group management at Nobia, as Nordic CEO at SSL Healthcare, CEO of Scholl in the Nordic region as well as leading positions in business development, sales and marketing.
