YesWeCool is a new app with the purpose of preventing chronic stress. We want to make it easy for people to learn about stress symptoms and the risks for their health.

YesWeCool is a team based in France dedicated to increasing awareness, access and affordability of specific tools and strategies for adults/young adults mental health and wellbeing.

We are building the first preventive model and prevention app on the topic. We want to reduce health disorders and social health inequalities by empowering people to support their health and become more balanced .

The app’s preventive model helps people to recognize reactions to stress and explore their impact on health, behavior, well-being and performance. It provides educational resources, adjustment techniques and strategies. A range of CBT tools are interactive and specifically designed for people who lose interest quickly.

Why is it important?

  • GP (primary care) say the majority of patients have underlying stress symptoms
  • 83% of French people are not able to identify the first symptoms of mental health disorders
  • Chronic stress can permanently affect health, behavior and quality of life.
