The xShare Yellow Button will enable us to share our health data in the European Electronic Health Records Exchange Format (EHRxF) as noted in the upcoming European Health Data Space (EHDS) regulation.
xShare Yellow Button is inspired by the US CMS Blue Button and on the results of numerous interoperability projects.

The xShare Yellow Button is a key component in alignment with the European Health Data Space (EHDS), an initiative that seeks to improve interoperability and access to health data across Europe, facilitating data transfer between different systems and countries, ensuring that health professionals have the necessary information when they need it. This tool contributes not only to better healthcare but also to collaborative medical research on a European scale.
xShare project is dedicated to building a Community of Excellence, a vibrant network of experts from various fields. The EEHRxF Community of Excellence will focus on engaging with experts representing industry, government, academia and society, to create synergies and establish a lasting coalition of partners dedicated to enabling policies and advance EHRxF implementation.
