Patient in Focus is teaming up with a health innovator to create a new and innovative digital buddy system/platform for patients to meet other patients for conversation and support.
To ensure the platform meets patient needs, the technical innovator wishes to gain in depth understanding of patient and caregiver needs and perspectives through patient engagement projects. You can help shape this tool with your online participation on October 17, 2022.
We are therefore looking to connect with patients or caregivers to patients who has or is experiencing heart failure, cardio-renal (heart and kidney disease), anticoagulation (blood clotting), oncology disease (such as prostate or colorectal cancer).
