On 9th August 2023 an agreement was signed by the Society for Endocrinology and PeopleWith to collaborate on the development of next generation patient registries across all endocrinology conditions.
Historically, the patient’s contribution to such registries was limited to clinical consultations and questionnaires or surveys populated when attending appointments. Digital health technologies enable the patient to share information in real-time, presenting a full picture on health progression across diverse patient profiles through the consolidation of clinical grade datasets. PeopleWith use the following web diagram to expose the added value of working in collaboration.
The blue line represents the contribution of PeopleWith. PeopleWith ensure the technology captures applicable data of quality and consistency through optimised patient engagement and activation to present a holistic impression of health progression. The yellow line represents the Society for endocrinology. In partnership, access to sites increases, more patients are introduced, contributors of health can be scaled to include all necessary healthcare stakeholders across different specialities and the technology can be made accessible across multiple geographies and locations. The combination of blue and yellow generates green.
PeopleWiths’ unique ability to develop clinical grade data in an applicable format to meet FDA and EMA standards in Snomed and ICD10 coding models for ease of consolidation and matching with Electronic Health records sets us apart from other providers in the market.
The growing number of affordable home devices together with disease specific apps and the increasing capacity of smart phones and tablets to capture information on health has scaled Patient health data and its application.
