Tetiana Vorontsova, President at the Rivne Interregional Medical Cluster, answered some questions about our Ukrainian ecosystem based in Rivne. Welcome onboard!
Who are the key stakeholders?
Our main stakeholders are hospitals of various forms of ownership, rehabilitation centres, medical companies, medical educational institutions and public organisations.
What are the main objectives of your ecosystems?
Our main objectives are:
- Development of our ecosystem by finding partnerships for joint projects
- Introducing innovations and digitalisation
- Simulation training
- Development of smart clinics
- Development of clinical decision-making programs
- Personalised treatment
Why did you join the ECHAlliance Network of Ecosystems?
The main motivation is the search for partners for joint projects and the experience and knowledge exchange between clinics and the implementation of innovative solutions for healthcare.
Who is missing from your ecosystem in terms of stakeholders?
We currently lack greater cooperation with the authorities, both on a local and on a state level, as well as we lack international partners in joint projects.
Which ecosystems are you looking to collaborate with?
We are looking for ecosystems that can develop simulation training software with virtual reality, partners in joint projects for grant funding of digitalisation and digital health innovations, developers of clinical decision-making programs, energy-efficient solutions for hospitals. We would also like to exchange experiences with ecosystems dealing with doctors and medical clusters management.
