Voice your thoughts on integrated care by responding to this survey put forward by the International Foundation on Integrated Care (IFIC).
The International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) is a knowledge leader in the science and practice of integrated care globally. Our mission is to inspire, influence and facilitate the adoption of integrated care in policy and practice around the world.
Generating and sharing knowledge on integrated care is one of our Strategic Objectives. Indeed, the definition of integrated care is and will probably be a continuous conceptual challenge for the integrated care movement, because integrated care means different things for different people. Hence, we would like to explore what integrated care means to policy-makers, practitioners, researchers, patients and care-givers in different systems today. Therefore, this survey seeks to ask you what integrated care means to you!
We plan to conduct this survey every year, asking about your views on different issues and debates on integrated care.
We will ask for your consent to participate in the survey. The survey is anonymous and your responses will only be used for this research and not shared with third parties. We do ask for some information about you to help us understand the pattern of responses we get, but it will not be possible to identify you from this. We will hold the responses to the survey securely in the Foundation’s data repository and the data will only be used for the purpose of this research. If you have any further concerns about the way IFIC will process your personal information, please review IFIC’s privacy policy at https://integratedcarefoundation.org/privacy-policy
We will share the output of this survey at the International Conference on Integrated Care in Odense, Denmark in May 2022 and publish it on our website.
Completing the survey will take you less than 10 minutes. Thank you very much in advance!
