At the end of the H2020 funded SEED project, the EU Silver Economy Awards will be taken over by the Covenant on Demographic Change. We are therefore glad to announce that during the Silver Week organized by the Provincial Council of Biscay (22-28 Sept 2018), an official handover will be organized at the General Assembly of the Covenant on Demographic Change.
