L’Appui (Québec’s Caregivers Association) and the MSSS (Québec’s Ministry of Health and Social Services) have reached an agreement with Numana to support organisations wishing to go digital or consolidate their digital transformation process to better support caregivers.

A significant number of organisations have experienced, since the start of the COVID-19 crisis, the importance and challenges of mastering digital technology and agility to maintain their activities at a distance or adapt those here, taking into account the physical distancing measures.

Following a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Health and Social Services, Support for Caregivers has been given the mandate to develop a call for solutions in order to support organisations wishing to go digital or consolidate their digital transformation approach in order to better support caregivers. This call for solutions will be developed in collaboration with Numana.
