Digital Health Portugal, in partnership with 40+Lab, held its VII Meetup at Microsoft headquarters in Lisbon on the 6th of June. Multiple stakeholders met for a day of networking and learning from the best Portuguese and international digital transformation and longevity specialists. With the continued increase on life expectancy we must take steps towards a reality in which we talk more about longevity than ageing. It’s essential that the number of years lived with quality increase as well so it becomes quite pressing to implement policies to ensure that and technonology will take an important part in this transformation.
The event, organized by the civic platform Digital Health Portugal, explored technological advances in promoting health and longevity. The civic platform Digital Health Portugal is preparing to host the long-awaited VII Meetup Digital Health and Longevity, which will take place on June 6th. The event will take place at Microsoft’s prestigious headquarters in Lisbon, bringing together experts, researchers and entrepreneurs on a journey of discoveries about the relationship between technology and the promotion of a longer and healthier life. The VII Meetup Digital Health and Longevity is organized in partnership with 40+Lab, an innovation laboratory focused on the development of technological solutions for people over 40 years old. This collaboration seeks to explore the potential of technology in health care and active aging, promoting the exchange of knowledge and ideas among participants.
During the event, renowned speakers and experts in the field of health and technology will share their experiences and views on advances in digital health. Topics such as telemedicine, artificial intelligence applied to medicine, health monitoring applications and wearable devices will be addressed in inspiring lectures, panel discussions and interactive sessions. In addition, the Meetup also featured an exhibition area, where companies and startups will present their innovative solutions related to digital health and longevity. Attendees had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the latest technology trends and explore strategic partnerships to drive the industry forward.
