What is the approximate stakeholder breakdown of your ecosystem?

Our ecosystem is formed by digital health scale-ups, universities, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, enablers such as ours in the Danish and Nordic ecosystem, municipalities and decision makers in the political arena, as well as health technology focused investors.

Who are the top 3 champions from your Ecosystem?

Our top 3 champions are:

  • Corti: Corti’s products increase and structure the health interaction, support the health professional decisions, suggest documentation and coding and provide coaching. This results in improved productivity of the consultations, increased satisfaction of the patient and health professional, and automated QA of all interactions.
  • Liva Healthcare: Lifestyle management has 3 programs within the NHS: NHS England type 2 diabetes path to remission programs, NHS diabetes prevention programme, NHS digital weight management programme.
  • Lenus: Health coaching platform connecting coaches and trainers globally with offices across Europe, the US and Canada.

What EU funding/collaboration are you involved with, or you would like to be part of?

We are not currently involved in any EU projects. Our primary supporter is the Danish Industry Foundation. We are currently in our second grant period,  with the mission to create a conducive environment and equip digital health companies with the necessary armamentarium for scaling, thereby creating a positive clinical impact globally.

What are the key priorities and themes for your ecosystem?

For us, it’s pivotal to foster solutions that transcend being merely appealing; they must address genuine needs. Our aim is to champion and translate exceptional ideas into sought-after solutions by healthcare providers. These solutions must not only be feasible but also scalable beyond Denmark, as our ambition is to make a global impact. Moreover, sustainability is a cornerstone, ensuring that our efforts endure and continue to benefit communities worldwide.

What is your primary strength as an ecosystem?

Our strength as an ecosystem is that we are able to connect and receive insights from every part of the complex healthcare and health tech ecosystem. We work with digital health companies and leading hospitals locally, regionally and globally, large pharma and pension companies, investors and more, ensuring that we can facilitate the right solutions to the right hospital at the right stage.

Which are the main hospitals in your ecosystem and which are the most active in your ecosystems?

Our two main hospitals in Copenhagen are: Rigshospitalet and Bispebjerg Hospital.
