University Hospitals Morecambe Bay Foundation Trust on behalf of Bay Health & Care Partners is using Strata PathWays to help coordinate their COVID-19 Command Centre.
This initiative is now controlling the flow of patients into and out of hospitals, making sure the NHS response is optimal, including supporting healthcare providers with clear and unambiguous guidelines, escalation protocols and clear referral processes. This system-wide initiative spans the entire care continuum, including health and social care and was mobilised within a week by an impressive team of NHS, Strata and other key vendor partners.
