The Lithuanian company for municipalities information systems invites interested bidders to submit offers for its pre-commercial procurement to develop an information system that enables blind and visually impaired to move completely independently on public transport.Aim is that the system will allow even a completely blind person to identify the route number of a public vehicle stopped at a stop. The essence is the interactivity with the blind (e.g. a smart device applet) with cloud computing and / or equipment installed in a public transport vehicle.
