Dear Colleagues,
2023 was an amazing year in terms of impact achieved, increasing yet again our membership numbers, ecosystems, projects, and partnerships.
To support this continued expansion, we added more team members, welcomed more Ambassadors, and added directors to our boards, boosting our Executive Team.
I often say that it is easy to grow a company, but to do that sustainably requires planning and, above all, implementation – the emphasis is on taking well-prepared action.
We adopted four pillars to describe what we do: Connect, Convene, Amplify, Accelerate and selected four main priorities: Healthy Ageing, Green Health, Women’s Health and Data & Digital.
2023 was the year in which we gave a voice to these priorities around the globe, including at our flagship events in Europe, India, Africa, the USA and at our first event at the United Nations Science Summit in New York.
We are grateful to our partners for their open and transparent collaboration and, more than that, for the advice and ideas that flow between trusted friends.
As you read through the annual report, you will see much more detail in clear and visual terms. I am proud to present this to you all because it reiterates how change can be positive and drive even more impact.
We can only fulfil our mission with your help and support; we have much more to do, come with us.
