Transforming Healthcare – Everybody’s Business

Please join us at an exciting event within the Health and Life Sciences day of the International Business Festival 2018. We will explore local, national and international trends in healthcare with a particular focus on digital health; showcasing international collaborations and national initiatives that make the UK so attractive to businesses. We will be joined by a fantastic line-up of speakers including the Metro Mayor of Liverpool City Region, Steve Rotheram and Paul Rice, Head of Technology Strategy, NHS England. Brian O’Connor, Chair at ECHAlliance will be speaking at 14:45h. In addition, we will host the 2018 EIT Health UK-Ireland Headstart finals, including public pitches from some of the highest potential healthcare companies in the UK and Ireland. The Headstart Funding Programme awards spin-offs, start-ups and SMEs with innovative ideas that advance healthy living, support active ageing and improve healthcare.
