As countries are affected by COVID-19 older people are being targeted to self isolate and prevent the spread of the virus in Europe and Canada (SARS-CoV-2).
However, it is well known that social isolation among older adults is a serious public health concern with its impact on physical and mental health well documented.
This Pop Up will look at ways that Canada and Europe can connect in areas they have collaborated previously such as healthy ageing and look for common lessons and solutions.
In addition, it will also see the launch of the Montreal Digital Health Ecosystem and news of future Pop Ups.
