ValueCare is an EU funded project which aims to deliver personalised integrated (health and social) care services, better outcomes for older people and improved care experience through ICT and a value-based care approach.
It also aims to improve staff satisfaction and greater efficiency in the use of resources and coordination of care.
At our recent consortium meeting in Athens, Greece, members of our team from across Europe shared the latest on different aspects of the ValueCare project as we enter our final year.
They tell us about the ValueCare app, how our pilots are going, what we have learned so far, and where we plan to take ValueCare in the months ahead.
