Elemental’s digital social prescribing platform enables Ingeus to schedule referrals, appointments, interventions and activities with partner organisations. With the support and guidance through social prescribing, there is a clear, holistic approach to employment for job seekers.
As part of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board’s commitment to scaling and evidencing the impact of social prescribing across North Wales, Flintshire Local Voluntary Council is the latest of eight regions to go live with Elemental.
