The Woman in Social Enterprise (WISE) programme admires Elemental’s digital social prescribing journey and how Jennifer and Leeann are leading the way in their battle to survive and thrive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As part of a national drive to help people find work, Elemental has been selected as the digital partner to connect people into local opportunities and develop their skills for employment. Elemental’s digital social prescribing platform enables Ingeus to schedule referrals, appointments, interventions and activities with partner organisations. With the support and guidance through social prescribing, there is a clear, holistic approach to employment for job seekers.
As part of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board’s commitment to scaling and evidencing the impact of social prescribing across North Wales, Flintshire Local Voluntary Council is the latest of eight regions to go live with Elemental.
