Tunstall Healthcare has announced it is investing in the future talent of health, housing and social care professionals with the launch of a free online course to help participants develop key leadership skills.

The ‘Rising Stars’ programme consists of three modules and will be delivered in a blended learning format through distance learning, coached assignments and webinars. Free to a group of up to 30 individuals, the virtual course will cover presentation skills, effective meetings and media interactions to build participant confidence for professional success.

Each session of the Rising Stars programme is facilitated in an interactive, experiential learning environment, and attendees will work with qualified business coaches to explore theory, thought and practical applications. At the end of the course, certified participants will have the opportunity to attend a graduation ceremony in autumn 2021.

Gavin Bashar, UK managing director of Tunstall Healthcare, commented;

“We’re proud to offer a unique programme that has been designed to help participants develop their communication, impact and influencing skills to build productive and professional relationships that are essential to a career in health, housing and social care. Rising Stars is just one of the ways Tunstall is investing in the workforce of the future, helping to equip them to transform the way we deliver services for the better.”
