From January 2022 to May 2022, EHMA will host a series of executive workshop on four key topics in health management. You can now register to attend the last session in the series, Everybody’s Business: Value-Based Healthcare, which will be taking place on 10 May from 14:00 to 18:00 CET.
The series ‘Many Avenues of Health Management’ includes 4 online workshops that look at why and how to empower clinicians as leaders, using physicians as an example; how to design services and connect providers and industry to enhance the patient experience; how to practically assess and implement actions for health organisations and systems resilience; as well as the what, why, and how of the journey toward value-based health care.
The main trainer in the series is Prof Federico Lega, PhD, Full Professor of Health Administration at the Public Health Department at Milan University. In each workshop, Prof Lega will be joined by leading experts on the topic as guests keynotes and trainers.
The first three modules of the series, Physicians as Leaders; Building a Healthcare System One Individual and What Managing Resilient Health Systems Looks Like took place respectively on 18 January; 8 February and 8 March.
The last session in the series, Everybody’s Business: Value-Based Healthcare, will be taking place on 10 May from 14:00 to 18:00 CET. The workshop will cover different value-based healthcare approaches; will look at how health authorities can develop an effective value-based healthcare agenda and how the industry can contribute to making value-based healthcare a reality.
