They not only facilitate asset transport but also streamline patient transport. Through their system, hospital users can request patient transport, which Asahi efficiently manages. Technicians scan the patient’s bracelet and verify the accuracy of their personal information, including name and date of birth, before transporting them to the requested unit. Asahi adeptly oversees the entire round trip of the patient, ensuring smooth transitions from their room to the lab/OR/any other unit and back again to their room.

 

Their comprehensive system ensures that every request is handled promptly, ensuring no patient is left waiting. When any request is submitted, all new requests are automatically distributed to all available technicians. Administrators have full control through the system and can oversee all requests via our dashboard. They have designed a graphical portal that displays all current orders, their service level agreements (SLAs), request details, and the assigned technician. Any surprises or issues in requests are promptly detected and the system highlights them within the portal. The administrator can take immediate prompt action to ensure the original request is consistently fulfilled to satisfaction.

 

Equipment audit system

Regular audits are indispensable for upholding the cleanliness and hygiene standards of hospitals, which are top priorities. They achieve maximum efficiency in hospital audits through optimization and streamlined processes.
