PROCAREFUL project is led by I.S.R.A.A in partnership with 8 Partners from Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, and 3 Associated Partners from Italy and Slovenia. I.S.R.A.A, the lead partner, is an Italian public senior care provider whose aim is to provide the highest quality of care for older people living in their private home, in nursing homes, in daily care centers, or in a smart cohousing venue. I.S.R.A.A also provides personalized consultancy to informal carers of older people suffering from dementia disease, thanks to a dedicated Specialized Dementia Center.
