Pure IP, a leading provider of SIP based enterprise voice communications, is proud to announce it has achieved Microsoft Gold Partner Status, the highest level of Microsoft’s widely-recognised partnership program.

Pure IP’s technical capabilities have been recognised with Microsoft Competencies in both ‘Communications’ and ‘Windows and Devices’, demonstrating proven expertise in delivering quality solutions in both of these specialised business areas. As a Gold Partner, Pure IP will continue to work with Microsoft to deliver personalised Unified Communications solutions with real-world impact for customers. Pure IP will also gain deeper access to the latest resources, training opportunities, and an extensive partner network it can leverage to enable customer success.

“This certification is a reflection of the commitment, calibre, and technical expertise of the whole Pure IP team, and we are proud of the achievement. We have been working with Microsoft solutions for over 10 years, delivering secure and trusted voice services to multi-nationals around the globe, and although we maintain a platform neutral approach, Microsoft is an increasingly important part of our offering,” noted Gary Forrest, CEO at Pure IP, “The way that Microsoft Teams has risen to the challenge in helping so many businesses enable remote working on accelerated time scales makes it exactly the sort of solution we want to help our customers implement and optimise.”

Microsoft Teams, Microsoft’s cloud-based unified communications and collaboration platform, has experienced exponential growth around the world in 2020, most recently announcing over 75 million active daily users. As a Gold Partner, Pure IP is well positioned to provide expert guidance and support to its customers as they explore Teams migration options, specifically around Direct Routing for voice services. Direct Routing is a cost-effective, flexible solution that allows businesses to connect Teams Voice to their international offices using third party SIP trunk providers, ensuring they have the coverage and specialised services needed to enable effortless calling in Teams.

Pure IP’s proposition of a globally trusted, secure, reliable and flexible SIP based voice network, combined with unrivalled global coverage and a technical-led 24/7 follow-the-sun support team is the ideal complement to feature-rich cloud based platforms such as Microsoft Teams, ensuring the customer gets maximum value and return on their investment.

Pure IP have been a Microsoft Voice Partner since 2010, and have designed solutions for Microsoft Unified Communications products including Microsoft Teams, Lync, Skype for Business on-premises, and Skype for Business Cloud Connector Edition, ensuring their engineering team has the technical expertise to seamlessly deploy Microsoft solutions around the world. As a Gold Partner with multiple Competencies, Pure IP is committed to deploying and maintaining high quality, flexible enterprise communications solutions.
