In order to improve the policy instruments of each partner region, the NOTRE partners carry out an exchange of experience based on : the 3-pillar NOTRE survey, NOTRE thematic training series, good practices and study visits and staff exchanges.

Gondosóra program (Careful Watch Programme)
The Gondosóra (Careful Watch) programme is based on a nationwide signalling system, linked to a remote monitoring and dispatching service with nationwide coverage. Its role is to enable older people living in their own homes to use a simple signalling device to contact the Dispatch Centre, where trained staff will try to help them with any problems they may have

The 3rd Age University Cluj-Napoca
The project aims to keep the elderly active in society, capitalize on their experience in community involvement projects, helping them to acquire new knowledge and skills.

The “Test Boxes” is an innovative project, offering a library of technical equipment and aids that seniors can borrow and test in their homes for a month. This approach helps them familiarize with new technologies and evaluate their practical benefits.
