We would like to invite you to our WORKSHOP OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT OF INNOVATION that will take place online during Smart City Live on the 18th of November. Participation is free of charge and may be an opportunity for public bodies to promote their innovation efforts in front of an international audience.
- The programme is aimed at Managers of Innovation departments of public institutions who are planning to launch pre-commercial procurement tenders within the next 3 years or to those who will have open tenders or ongoing market consultations during the dates of the event.
- Interested cities can share and build on their early demand, by presenting a brief in the “Early-demand catalogue” that will be published as a video on the Smart City website.
- They can also participate in the virtual Brokerage Event (pre-arranged 20-minute meetings), to meet other public bodies interested in adding demand and creating buying consortia, as well as potential suppliers to learn about available innovative solutions.
- Those with open tenders or ongoing market consultations during the dates of the event are invited to present them in front of the international audience in a webinar.
We will be taking expressions of interest to participate until the 15th of October.
