Hands-On with eHealthPass to Collect Insights and Address Patient-Centered Needs in Cancer

Gnomon recently participated in a two-day hematological care conference organized by the Hellenic Cancer Federation (ELLOK) at the Ramada Plaza Thraki. During the event, Gnomon hosted a hands-on workshop introducing cancer patients and their families to eHealthPass, a patient-centered platform designed to meet their healthcare needs. The platform offers a range of tools, including educational resources, support forums, personalized treatment plans, and a daily healthcare calendar, aimed at enhancing both medical care and emotional well-being for cancer patients. Through this workshop, Gnomon gathered valuable feedback to further tailor eHealthPass to improve the patient care experience.

At the Ramada Plaza Thraki, the scientific two-day conference on hematological care was organized by the Hellenic Cancer Federation (ELLOK). Gnomon, as an active sponsor, coordinated the workshop where all participants had the opportunity to interact with eHealthPass. The goal was to gather information regarding the needs of cancer patients and to inform them about how they can benefit in their daily lives by using eHealthPass.

eHealthPass can greatly assist cancer patients by offering access to educational materials, support forums, personalized treatment plans, and a daily calendar, all designed to enhance their care experience.

Through eHealthPass, patients can explore a range of educational materials that are tailored to their specific type of cancer and treatment. These resources may include articles, videos, and guides that help them better understand their condition, treatment options, and ways to manage side effects, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.

The platform also features support forums, where patients can connect with others who are going through similar experiences. These forums provide a space for emotional support, sharing personal stories, and exchanging practical advice on coping with treatment and its challenges, helping patients feel less isolated during their journey.

Additionally, treatment plans provided by doctors are available through eHealthPass, offering a clear, organized view of each patient’s therapies, medications, and procedures. This allows patients to stay informed and feel more confident about the steps in their treatment process.

The daily calendar helps patients manage their healthcare schedules, including appointments, medication reminders, and treatment sessions. This feature ensures that they stay on track with their care and avoid missing important tasks, making it easier to navigate the complexities of cancer treatment.

By using eHealthPass, cancer patients receive comprehensive support that enhances both their medical care and emotional well-being.
