We are glad to invite you to the next Community of Interest webinar that will take place on 8th June 2022 at 10:30 CEST. This co-creation workshop is organized with the aim of building the Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) of the GATEKEEPER services and solutions.
The session is open to all the members of the COI community with special interest in PPIs. During this workshop, we will cover the different points:
1. Discussion on how to address key pain points in the PPI process (Procurers and suppliers’ perspectives)
2. Brainstorming: Definition of the ideal PPI for the GK services and solutions
3. What GATEKEEPER can bring to PPI?
In order to prepare the session we would really appreciate you to complete the following forms:
DEMAND SIDE
1. GATEKEEPER – PUBLIC PROCUREMENT DEMAND SIDE
This form will allow us to collect the requirements, problems, needs and functional and non-functional requirements from your organization regarding the preparation of Public Procurement with special focus on (PPI).
2. GATEKEEPER – DEMAND SPECIFIC PPI
To better understand the type of PPI that can be created for the GATEKEEPER services and solutions, this form will allow us to collect the specific Public Procurement published from your organization with special focus on PPIs.
SUPPLY SIDE
1. GATEKEEPER – PUBLIC PROCUREMENT SUPPLY SIDE
This form will allow us to collect the requirements, processes and problems from your organization when applying for Public Procurement with special focus on PPI, to offer you the most suitable information, support and training adapted to your needs.
The information collected in the forms will be analysed to obtain conclusions on the healthcare public procurement process from the point of view of the supply side, such as the best practices and pain points.
2. GATEKEEPER – SUPPLY SPECIFIC PPI
To better understand the type of PPI that can be created for the GATEKEEPER services and solutions, please, fill in this form with the information of a Public Procurement tender in which your organization has applied that is relevant to the GATEKEEPER project.
This form will allow us to collect the specific Public Procurement that your organization has applied with special focus on PPI. This form is divided in 4 different parts:
