On 20 May 2022, the Digital Transformation in Healthcare Conference, organised by FundeSalud, was held in the auditorium of the Hospital of Mérida (Spain).
During the event, Jonathan Gomez-Raja (Chief Scientific Officer of FundeSalud) presented three European projects that aim to develop digital tools related to healthcare for the elderly: dRural (Providing access to digital services throughout rural Europe), CRANE (a project to evolve toward a model where more than 80% of chronic patients move to Selfcare) and ESSENCE (Empathic platform to personally monitor, Stimulate, enrich, and aSsist Elders aNd Children in their Environment).
