Pioneering in-home and personal care platform is looking cooperation partners to run a pilot project in the UK

  • The Elunow self-service platform safely connects people needing in-home care with qualified and experienced, local care assistants with the right skills and availability.
  • Elunow invites organisations to be open for discussions and cooperations for startups that do innovation in social care.
  • Elunow is looking for support to run a pilot project whose goal is to test the UK market with the new platform in the UK between 10.04 & 20.06 2021

Age UK estimates that one in seven adults aged 65+ are struggling without the help they need to carry out everyday tasks such as getting out of bed, visiting the bathroom, washing and getting dressed1. The need for care is growing. New technology helps to solve current problems on the market and is looking for cooperation partners to test it out.

https://elunow.com/ is redefining in-home and personal care provision by securely matching people needing in-home care with qualified, local caregivers with the right skills and availability.

Finding the care you need has never been easier. Just answer a few simple questions about the care you need and when you need it, and Elunow will match you with qualified and available care assistants in your area. Once you’ve made your selection, simply book and pay online using a debit or credit card. Have a visit and get reported. If you’re satisfied after the first visit, then you can book your chosen care assistant again, and even set up a regular care plan through the platform.

All Elunow’s care assistants undergo a thorough vetting process, including enhanced DBS check, identity and right to work checks, qualifications and client references, together with an interview, so you know you’re in safe hands.

Founder and CEO Marion Teder explains:

“Older adults would typically like help to stay in their own homes. Being surrounded by familiar home comforts, photos and a favourite armchair can make an enormous difference to wellbeing and quality of life.

But there are times when we all need a little extra support. Whether it’s help with the household chores, personal care, medication or mobility, a dedicated care assistant can be there to provide peace of mind.

Home care services from Elunow are flexible and adaptable. Care assistants can be employed to come into the home and provide just a few hours help with chores, or they can support complex health needs with regular daily care plans. In-home care offers the extra support, reassurance and companionship that may be needed for you, or your loved ones, to continue living at home as independently as possible.

I passionately believe everyone should be able to access the care they need, quickly and affordably, and Elunow makes that a reality.”
