About the job

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Strategist to create and execute a high-impact content strategy. This role will focus on enhancing thought leadership, increasing engagement on key digital platforms, and expanding the reach of executive and institutional accounts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing within the healthcare, digital health, or technology sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a content framework to enhance ECHAlliance’s thought leadership and visibility in the industry through articles, LinkedIn posts, and blog content.

• Oversee and refine content for institutional social media accounts, ensuring consistency and impact.

• Develop an engagement strategy to strengthen positioning and reach new audiences across key digital platforms.

• Lead the development of a YouTube content strategy, including planning, defining key themes, and managing a publishing schedule.

• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to align content strategies, gather insights, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

 

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

• Native or fully proficient English, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social media management, ideally in the healthcare, digital health, or technology sectors.

• Strong understanding of industry trends and key topics.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow executive social media accounts.

• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with strong attention to detail.

• Experience in content planning for multimedia formats.

• A proactive and strategic mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities to enhance digital presence and strengthen industry positioning.

This is a independent consultant position, remote, requiring full-time availability from Monday to Thursday and the use of personal equipment/materials
