In March 2024, the Digital Mental Health Innovation Cluster (DMHIC) proposed a service mapping project to address the growing demand for Adult ADHD services in Scotland. Supported by the DHI Design team, the project is underpinned by research on adult ADHD practices and digital technologies across the UK. This study reviewed digital interventions for managing and diagnosing adult ADHD in the UK (excluding Scotland), analysing both peer-reviewed literature and commercially available digital tools like apps and telehealth platforms. The research focused on identifying available interventions, their effectiveness compared to traditional methods, their impact on symptoms, and key features contributing to better outcomes.
