The Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre are delighted to announce that two projects from our portfolio have been shortlisted for different awards at the Digital Leasers 100 Awards 2021.

A public vote will determine the top 3 finalists from each category who will go forward to the next round of judging. The ultimate winner will be announced at our Digital Leaders 100 awards ceremony in November.

The Scottish National Notification Service – A national, digital co-management service that delivers Covid-19 test results to Scottish citizens and then supports those with positive results to contact trace themselves – has been shortlisted as one of ten finalists in the Big Data Innovation of the Year category, sponsored by Anaeko. This award is for a digital product or service that in the last year has had a measurable impact and delivered real outcomes in the field of big data.

The Scottish Capsule Programme (SCOTCAP)a multi-partnership collaboration project, led by the DHI to co-design, deliver and evaluate an innovative programme of work to support the use of CCE as a viable, safe, and cost-effective alternative to colonoscopy and develop an innovation to adoption roadmap for NHS – has been shortlisted as one of ten finalists in the HealthTech Innovation of the Year category.
