Connected Health is proud to announce that it has been named Team of the Year – Large Business at the prestigious Irish News Workplace & Employment Awards 2025, held 29th May in Titanic Belfast. This accolade recognises the company’s unwavering commitment to collaboration, innovation, and excellence in team culture within the healthcare sector.

Now in their 17th year, the Irish News Workplace & Employment Awards celebrate organisations that demonstrate outstanding people-focused practices and a dynamic workplace ethos. The Team of the Year – Large Business category highlights exceptional teamwork that delivers measurable impact and fosters a culture of shared purpose and trust.

Connected Health, one of the UK and Ireland’s fastest-growing homecare providers, was recognised for its pioneering team approach across operations, technology, care delivery, and staff wellbeing.
