Conéctate Soluciones y Aplicaciones together with the UNID Foundation has developed a digital solution for COVID-19 based on the Universal Health Identifier, so that people can carry their Unified Health History on their mobile phone safely in the European and international standard (HL7 FHIR and IPS) and to share certain data such as laboratory tests and vaccinations, both with health professionals and health services and with companies in the tourism sector (for example, airlines, hotels and restaurants).
The solution is Universal Health Chain (UHC) and it allows to demonstrate in a truthful, safe and traceable way if a person has been vaccinated against COVID-19, if they have had the disease, as well as the tests that have been carried out (antigens, antibodies , PCR …)
UHC allows any organization to create and read data in FHIR (vaccinations, tests, etc.) in a simple way, both for health services and tourism, and that the digital fingerprint of the data that is generated is registered in the Foundation’s UNID blockchain so that these can be verified later.
It’s a mobile app in which the user will carry a QR code that can be read in various establishments such as hotels, restaurants, cultural centers, airplanes or airports, that are attached to UHC, and in accordance with all security measures established and complying with European GDPR regulations and for cross-border health care. People are going to be able to unify their health data (from public and private services) through encrypted connections.
