The Trillium II project, funded by the European Commission, is supporting the development and adoption of a standard for online medical summaries that can be accessed in emergency and unplanned care situations.
The project is seeking input from organisations working in emergency response or disaster relief. The aim is to identify the most important patient health data in disaster and emergency situations that could be made available in a future online emergency medical summary. This could be an incident happening within a country or an international response. The people affected could be nationals or foreigners or even staff from your own organisation.
Feedback will be captured via a 10-minute online survey here. Feel free to share the link with colleagues and note that the person filling in the questionnaire should know how a response team works with patients in emergency and disaster situations. The closing date for responses is 25 August 2017.
The results of the questionnaire will be published as part of a project report, and made public. Responses will not be traced back to organisations or individuals answering the questionnaire.
