Healthcare professionals across Europe will soon have the opportunity to participate in the BeWell Pilot Training Courses, a pioneering initiative aimed at equipping the health and care workforce with critical digital and green skills. These free online courses are designed to address urgent skill gaps and prepare professionals for the evolving healthcare landscape, ensuring they are well-versed in emerging technologies and sustainable practices.
Why join the BeWell pilot?
Healthcare is rapidly changing, and with it, the skills required to deliver efficient, secure, and sustainable care. The BeWell project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, has developed an extensive training programme tailored for students, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff.
The pilot is structured in two key phases:
- Phase 1: Digital and Green Skills (March 1 – April 30, 2025)
- Phase 2: New Emerging Occupational Profiles (May 1 – November 15, 2025)
Participants will gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility in healthcare. Upon completion, they will receive a certificate of participation, enhancing their professional qualifications.

Digital Skill Courses
