ATA Action acquires Digital Therapeutics Alliance – Major Milestone for Digital Health Advocacy!
Our partner ATA Action has acquired the Digital Therapeutics Alliance (DTA), creating a stronger, unified voice for digital health and telehealth policy. This strategic move enhances advocacy efforts, ensuring digital therapeutics, remote monitoring, and AI-driven healthcare innovations gain permanent recognition in global healthcare systems.
As part of this transition, Andy Molnar, CEO of DTA, will lead the newly launched Advancing Digital Health Coalition, focusing on expanding federal and state legislative efforts, regulatory policies, and reimbursement frameworks. The coalition will champion key areas, including Prescription Drug Use Related Software (PDURS), Digital Mental Health Treatment (DMHT) Devices, and emerging AI-driven health technologies.
With a growing need for digital-first healthcare solutions, this alliance strengthens industry collaboration and ensures technology-enabled care remains a priority for policymakers worldwide. By integrating DTA members, leadership, and programs into ATA Action, the coalition is set to drive impactful change for healthcare innovation.
