We are based in Dundee, a historic city set in a beautiful, sunny location on the east coast of Scotland. As well as being a compact city, Dundee has great schools and beautiful surrounding countryside.
Our strategic research and knowledge exchange activity is focused within and across Challenge Spaces addressing key local, national and international priorities that our research base best positions us to respond to. One of our Challenges Spaces is looking at Health and Care Across the Lifespan, considering human and societal challenges of adversity, mental and physical health, wellbeing, education, performance and social care and the roles that science, sport and physical activity have in addressing those challenges.
We contribute to this Challenge Space through our pooled excellence in co-creation and external engagement, digital transformation and emerging technologies, effective learning and pedagogy, experimentation and systems modelling, human interaction and user experience, social identity and human behaviour.
