Barcelona will once again become the European hub for innovation in autonomy, mental health and longevity during the second edition of the WeMind International Forum, taking place on 25–26 November 2025 at the World Trade Center.
Organised by WeMind Cluster, this forum is Europe’s leading event for cross-sector collaboration in personal autonomy, bringing together thought leaders, businesses, policymakers and innovators from across the globe.
What is WMIF?
The WeMind International Forum is a unique European platform designed to foster new connections and scale impactful solutions that address today’s most urgent societal and healthcare challenges. From international keynote speakers to startup showcases and interactive sessions, the forum provides a collaborative space for exploring the future of care, health and independent living.

WeMind Cluster (formerly Mental Health Cluster) is an innovation centre focused on the improvement of people’s personal autonomy. Since its inception in 2013, the cluster has been striving for an ecosystem to boost the sectors of ageing, neurosciences and mental health. More than 96 organisations are currently participating as members, such as hospitals, research centres, universities, technology and service companies, pharmaceutical corporations, local councils, healthcare organisations and patients’ associations.
The Cluster has been awarded the Gold Label certificate of excellence by the European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA). It is also a member of the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL), a member of the Catalunya Clusters Programme (by Acció), and listed as an Innovative Business Group (Spanish acronym AEI) by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.
