Stroke is one of the most common causes of death, with more than 100,000 strokes recorded each year in the UK . Can personalised digital support for stroke survivors play a critical role in improving health outcomes as well as delivering efficiencies of care?

The first personalised educational package for patients living with stroke, My Stroke Companion, launched in December 2022 at UCLH to support patients and their carers as they navigate their life after stroke.
