Friday 28th May 2021 from 12 pm to 2pm ISRAA and ECHAlliance will present the third event of the “Treviso Health & Social Care Innovation Ecosystem”.
After Covid-19 pandemic, the need of services for people with dementia and their caregivers has increased. The challenge to face is the connection between institutions and home care services and how to facilitate the access to institutional specialized centers. Will the institution go home to support the needs of patients? A panel of Italian experts on dementia, will highlight model and strategies to improve the integration between territorial and institutional level in order to connect the network of services for caregivers and people with dementia.
