The COMPASS initiative aims to promote the continuous development of professionals in positions of leadership, coordination and management of care for older people, in an institutional environment, with a view to improving leadership skills in the adoption of person-centred measures and care. As part of this initiative, the Digital Community of European Good Practices for Care Managers is launched, which includes a Repository of resources and a Discussion Forum (in English). In 2024, the Community of Practice will launch a series of webinars (online sessions, in English) to share knowledge and good practices in the adoption of person-centred care and its adjacent challenges.
