We have received the following message from the Croatian Ministry of Health;
In the context of the current public health crisis driven by the global spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are hereby informing you that the eHealth Week Croatia conference (www.ehealthweekcroatia.org) will not take place in Rovinj, Croatia.
The international professional, business and exhibition parts of the eHealth Week Croatia conference with panels and workshops have been cancelled overall in order to avoid unnecessary risks to our international participants, patients, health and care professionals, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, organizing staff, as well as the citizens of Croatia and of the countries to which the international attendees would return.
The Croatian Ministry of Health is currently assessing the situation on the invitation-only part of the Croatian Presidency of the Council of the European Union (HR PRES) program, including one-day High Level Meeting on e-Health as the main event and two-days e-Health Network Meeting as the side event. One of the possible options is moving these meetings to Zagreb on the same dates (April 15-17, 2020), or new dates in May or June. Further details will be announced in due time.
