DISH Final Conference – Bridging the digital gap: how the healthcare workforce can obtain innovative and digital skills

The DISH – Digital & Innovation Skills Helix in Health consortium is pleased to invite you to the project final conference taking place online on Wednesday, 30 March 2022 from 14.30 to 17.30.

The DISH project aimed to provide health and social care professionals with the appropriate digital skills to be successful in the current digitalised healthcare sector. The project has developed an innovative and collaborative approach that uses three tools: a planning tool; the on the job training tool; and the assessment tool.

Over the past 3 years, the DISH project worked across 6 countries to provide hands-on practical training to several health and social care professionals. This conference will be an opportunity to look back at the achievements of the project, reflect on lessons learnt, share case studies and policy recommendations to facilitate the uptake of the DISH methodology for the upskilling of the health workforce.
