What is Connecting Health

CONNECTINGHEALTH is a 2-year preparatory action funded by Horizon Europe and it aims to foster interconnected inclusive innovation ecosystems across Europe and maximise the value of innovation in the sector of digital health.

Final Output Briefs

Alongside extensive research, and project-generated reports, the project has integrated collaborative inputs from diverse stakeholders across government, academia, civil society, and the private sector to gather outputs with the potential for real-world impact. Through extensive co-creation and stakeholder validation sessions, the creation of the Multi-Year Action Plan and corresponding Policy Recommendations aim to shape the future of (digital) health in Europe by 2030.

Results

Development of a joint-long term action plan that:

  • Fosters the collaboration and the creation of common knowledge assets among EU, national, regional and/or local level innovation ecosystems’ stakeholders,
  • Enhances synergies and complementarities of their programmes
  • Encourages the alignment of their innovation agendas in the area of digital health.
