Community interest company / not for profit

The European Connected Health Alliance (ECHAlliance) offices are based in Northern Ireland and Finland. The Northern Ireland office is registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC No. 610694) and the Finnish (Nordic) office has a ‘not-for-profit’ registration. All operating surpluses are reinvested and the company governance allows for protection of any public sector funding inputs.

ECHAlliance Leadership

ECHAlliance is directed by a board of directors that includes representatives of commercial, academic and healthcare stakeholders.

The priorities and programmes of the ECHAlliance are further informed by an International Advisory Panel (IAP).

The executive chairman, with the support of the board, leads the implementation of the strategy and oversees management of the day to day operations.

Participation in the ECHAlliance is through foundation, corporate, small and medium enterprises (SME, micro/start up), healthcare provider memberships, and we also offer an alliance partner programme aimed at not-for-profit organisations.
