How can video consultations and telemedicine be utilized in the healthcare sector, with the purpose of reducing costs and improving quality of care and treatment for citizens? And what are the challenges of implementing telemedicine? Are transitions between sectors a barrier?
This highly relevant theme was the subject of vivid debate among the 160 participants and presenters at the conference ‘Video Consultation for all – what does it take’ on 31st January 2019. The participants represented decision-makers and professionals within care, prevention, rehabilitation and treatment across municipalities, hospitals, regions and General Practice, as well as companies that offer video solutions.
