Research2Guidance is excited to launch its 7th annual mHealth App Developer Economics Study for 2017. Your opinion matters; speak for today, influence for tomorrow. Aside from the usual mobile health topics, this year’s study pays special attention to the proliferation of digital health accelerator programs, and the demographics of their market of start-ups, competitors and venture capitalists. All survey participants will automatically go into the draw to win an Apple Watch 2, and receive a free copy of the mHealth App Developer Economics Report for 2017 upon publication.

Research2Guidance has once again opened its doors to the annual mHealth App Developer Economics Studyfor the seventh year. This is your opportunity to have your voice heard throughout the mobile health community, and beyond.

For those who are unaware, every year Research2Guidance (along with its entourage of loyal supporters) conducts an annual study that aims to identify hot topics and trends in the mobile and digital health industry. As a way of giving back to the community, a free-to-download report is then published based on findings from the survey. Year after year we discover new and exciting market trends, and we continue to receive excellent feedback from our readers, partners and sponsors from all over the world.

This year we pay special attention to the market surrounding digital health accelerator programs. According to research, digital health startup funding decreased over the last 12 months, yet we continue to see an increasing oversupply of programs designed to facilitate these grass-root investments. Accelerator programs and start-ups are of course mutually beneficial. But more often than not, there is a lack of clear understanding for each other’s environments.

This year we have also decided to take a closer look at marketing strategies, and budgets for internal and external app development.

So, now is the time to have your voice heard. If you have previously or are currently developing or publishing mobile health apps, we want to hear from you! If you are involved in mobile or digital health strategy, investment, or innovation, we want to hear from you! If you are a healthcare professional with knowledge of or experience in mobile health, we want to hear from you!

We’re inviting stakeholders from across the entire mobile and digital industry to share their experiences of working in mobile health to find out what is proving successful today, and what might prove successful in the near future.

As a way of thanking you for your participation in our survey, you will receive the following:

  • Automatic entry to win an Apple Watch 2
  • A free copy of the mHealth App Developer Economics 2017 report

We thank you in advance for your time and participation!
